How to use

It is recommended to take 10 ml diluted in hot or cold water, once or twice daily at any time (10 to 20 ml per day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Suggested approximately 30 minutes before meals. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
