How to use

It is recommended to take 10 ml diluted in a glass of water, one to three times daily at any time (10 to 30 ml per day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
