HISTORY ASPECTS:
The Soviet Kliment Voroshilov (KV-3) heavy tank was developed during the early years of World War II with the goal of providing the Soviet Union with a heavily armored and heavily armed tank that could stand up to the German Panzer tanks. The KV-3 featured a heavily armored hull and turret as well as a powerful 76mm main gun.The KV-3 first saw combat in the winter of 1941 during the German invasion of the Soviet Union. The tanks were initially deployed to the Leningrad front where they were used to help defend the city against the German siege. Despite their heavy armor the KV-3 tanks were outmatched by the German Tiger and Panther tanks and
