Welcome to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, in the parish of Saint Ann. It's the birth place of reggae music super star Bob Marley, the location of Dunn's River falls, and the setting for many of the scenes of the James Bond movie, Dr No. It was originally named Chorreras by the Spanish. The literal translation of Ocho Rios is eight rivers even though eight rivers are not present. It was once a fishing village but has risen to become a top tourist destination, attracting millions of people each year with its culture, food, art, night life, its laid back attitude.
