HISTORY ASPECTS:The MiG-23MS "Flogger E" designated as Red 39 was an important part of the United States Air Forces 4477th Test and Evaluation Squadron commonly known as the Red Eagles during its operational years from 1981 to 1988 at the Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.
