Located in the heart of Cape Town, Lion's Head is one of the city's most popular hiking spots. The path to the top loops around the side of the mountain to offer visitors a panoramic view of the surrounding areas, taking in the city centre, Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches, and the popular suburb of Sea Point, not to mention great views of Table Mountain and the vast Atlantic Ocean. Taking about an hour up and an hour back down, the trail is easy enough for families and casual hikers to enjoy, but still taxing enough to be a small challenge. Your guide is a native Capetonian who is eager to show you his beautiful home town.
