ARTICHOKE During the creative process on this artwork, I used shades of ocher, brown, green and olive colors. A variety of smear techniques, including drops and sprays, have created a unique relief on the surface of the canvas. This relief in combination with the color scheme reminded me of ripe artichokes. I added a few blue strokes to give the picture a slight color accent. For the main composition I used a light beige background. Thanks to this, the image looks more voluminous.
