How to Use:
Step 1: Put gloves and pour a small amount of the peroxide into a plastic bowl (non-metallic) not provided.
Open the powder bleach packet and pour a small amount of powder into the bowl. Use the brush to mix until creamy.
Step 2: Gradually add in the entire contents of peroxide and powder until creamy and smooth. Allow mixture to stand for 1 minute before application.
Using the brush, apply the bleach evenly to the hair you wish to be bleached.
Step 3: Once all hair is saturated, begin timing development. You should allow your hair to lift to a pale yellow so it can accept Punky Colour products.
Step 4: Rinse the bleached hair. Shampoo, condition, and style as required.
