Made with 95% naturally derived ingredients and 100% naturally derived French alcohol, Le Sel D'Issey Eau de Toilette is a certified vegan perfume. The scent encapsulates an infinite movement, expressed through two olfactory polarities. Representing the sea, the salt polarity is composed of a vivid salt accord that combines naturally occurring seaweed and Oakmoss. Embodying a constant flow, it represents the eternal bond between sea and land and connects the two polarities of the fragrance. The earth polarity is infused with intense woody notes that add density and texture to the perfume. Natural sandy vetiver is blended with natural recycled cedarwood, an ingredient distilled from secondary sawdust used in furniture production. The top notes of effervescent natural ginger enhance the freshness of the salt accord. The interaction between salty and woody polarities infuses the fragrance with dynamic energy, for a powerful and fresh intensity. A perfume bottle inspired by salt. | For Le Sel D'Issey, internationally renowned Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka has created a bottle with a pure and crisp aesthetic, embodying the brilliance of light and the energy of salt. Made with 20% recycled glass, the transparency of the bottle reveals the light gray color of the fragrance inside, echoing the salt at the heart of the scent. A transparent hemisphere is encapsulated at the base, conveying a powerful masculinity. Inspired by salt, the light gray of the outer packaging combines the perfume with the purity of its natural tone. For the first time, the box contains 10% naturally sourced recycled seaweed, along with material from FSC™-managed forests and other controlled sources.
