Directions for use: Hold Manicure Pen as if it is a common soft-tip pen and apply one coat of moisturizing treatment to your cuticle. Wait for conditioner to soak and rub the excess. Push back the cuticle with the help of the special tip of the cap. After that shape your nails with the file, move the file in one direction to avoid peeling of the nails.
