The Hobby Plus brand of crawlers began in 2018, delivering all the features, performance, and handling you’ve come to expect at a budget-friendly price you won’t. Their latest expression of a high-performance 1\/18 scale crawler can be experienced with the new CR18P EVO Pro. Incorporating feedback from owners of previous models, the EVO Pro is a model that excels in both indoor and outdoor environments. The design features a new Low-CG Concept chassis frame design, with revised shock mounting geometry to best optimize the benefits of newly designed big bore, oil-filled adjustable dampers. The SOA (servo-on-axle) setup has been delivered the intended increase in steering response to better leverage the benefits of the new super-sticky, oversize tires. Weight bias has been optimized and power uncompromised with a 280-size big block brushed motor, with enhanced driveshafts to best use the increased torque.
A combination of waterproof electronics and LiPo power deliver over 30 minutes of runtime per charge, while internal beadlock wheels secure a soft-compound tire for impressive grip on a wide variety of surfaces and obstacles. The low slung body design assures clearance in the narrowest canyons.
