THE CREATION In 2019, the parfumeur of Hermès Christine Nagel created the Eau de Toilette Un Jardin sur la Lagune. With this fragrance, she describes a secret garden where nature has withstood the test of time, hidden in a city of a thousand contrasts: Venice. THE OLFACTORY NOTES Floral and woody, the Eau de Toilette Un Jardin sur la Lagune releases the brightness of magnolia, the enveloping notes of pittosporum, and the sensuality of lily. THE OBJECT The bottle, created by Fred Rawyler, is inspired by the lines of vintage car lanterns. The glass is enhanced with delicate shades of Venetian ochre, reminiscent of the garden's enclosing wall. The artist Safet Zec chose to depict the lush vegetation of the lagoon to adorn the case. ETHICS The bottle is refillable thanks to the 200 ml eau de toilette refill. A responsible gesture, inseparable from an object created to last over time.
