Eau de Magnolia Gentle Cleansing Base Eau de Magnolia began thanks to a conversation between Frederic Malle and Carlos Benaim about the idea of a new summer fragrance. The first goal of the research was to highlight the natural brightness of the flower by exaggerating its crystalline facets through the addition of a significant dose of Calabrian bergamot, lemon, and grapefruit. Resting on a woody base, the magnolia flower reveals its contrasting tones like a watercolor of a summer landscape. Precise and perfectly balanced, it is like a drawing by a great artist, expressive in its pure simplicity.
