They are programmed for specific frame geometries, battery voltages, and motor configurations. Controllers CANNOT be interchanged between different models. How to Ensure You Order the Correct Controller: Select Your Exact Model: Choose your specific bike model (e.g., HC26, RX80, R5 Pro, U8, Y3, etc.) from the first dropdown menu. Select Your Drive Type: This is the most crucial step. You must verify if your bike is a Single Drive (one motor in the rear wheel) or a Dual Drive / AWD (two motors: one in the front, one in the rear). Why? Dual Drive controllers contain significantly different internal circuitry and wiring harnesses to simultaneously manage two motors. Using a Single Drive controller on an AWD bike will not work. (Pro Tip: If you are unsure about your exact model or drive type, please contact our customer support team with your order number or a photo of your bike BEFORE placing your order. We are happy to help you find the exact match!)
