How to use
It is recommended to take 1 scoop (5 g) to be diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml) one to three times daily at any time (5 to 15 g per day); suggested on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before eating. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
