How to use

It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (8 g) dissolved in water, once or twice per day (8 to 16 g) on an empty stomach (if after meals wait about 3 hours). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. If desired, the daily dose can be dissolved in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Measuring cup included in the package.
