How to use

It is recommended to take 1 drop (0.03 ml) before going to sleep. To reduce the jet-lag effect, it is recommended to start taking it on the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arriving at your destination. Apply one drop under the tongue and wait about 1 minute before swallowing. Dropper included in the package. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
