How to use

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops on the day of OE from dilute in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). External use is possible for relaxing massages by diluting appropriately in an emollient base, or adding a few drops to aroma diffusers. 2 drops contain on average 87 mg of Java citronella EO.
