How to use

It is recommended to take 1 measuring cup (5 ml) diluted in a little water, from one to four times per day at any time (from 5 to 20 ml per day). It is suggested to drink the product in small sips to promote sublingual assimilation. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day.
