How to use

It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (4 g) to be diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml) one to three times daily at any time (4 to 12 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
