How to use
It is recommended to take 5 ml diluted in a little water, from one to four times per day at any time (from 5 to 20 ml per day). It is suggested to drink the product in small sips to promote sublingual assimilation. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
