How to use

It is recommended to take 2 level scoops (15 g) dissolved in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice daily at any time (15 to 30 g per day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then stir. If desired, the daily dose can be dissolved in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day; shake before use. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
