How to use

\nMAGNESIUM AND POTASSIUM soluble powder
It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (7.5 g) dissolved in 250 ml of water, one to three times daily at any time (7.5 to 22.5 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
