How to use

It is recommended to take 10 ml diluted in a glass of water, once or twice daily at any time (10 to 20 ml daily); mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
