Carisma’s SCA-1E platform has evolved since its introduction several years ago, with consistent upgrades and developments that result in their most feature-laden platform yet, the V2.1 edition. A CMS (chassis-mounted servo) with forward-mounted battery location delivers the forward-bias weight distribution required for successful climbs and crawls. A unique anti torque-twist (ATT) transmission reduces chassis bind by use of counter-rotating center driveshafts, which also serves to increase traction and increase chassis stability.
An officially licensed Toyota Tacoma body shell delivers the exceptional realism and scale fidelity of hard plastic with the convenience and durability of polycarbonate. LED lights are factory installed, while the TRD Pro-style beadlock wheels securely hold the realistic ATSS all-terrain tires.
This RTR comes standard with a fully programmable ARC-2 ESC, with 21 performance parameters easily adjustable with the convenient included MPG-1 programming box, while a brushed 5-pole crawler motor generates impressive torque and silky-smooth acceleration.
Carisma's CTX-2000 2.4GHz radio system features adjustable steering rate, steering and throttle trims, individual servo reversing, and endpoint adjustments. With a unique 1-2-3 throttle profile switch, it provides complete control to drivers of any skill level. Completing this impressive package is a 7.2V NiMH battery and convenient USB charger, with the electronics capable of optional LiPo operation as well.
