The Captain and his shield return for a summer blockbuster of epic proportions. Our story begins with turmoil in the Marvel Universe. After accidental deaths and mayhem, society has forced the Avengers to accept regulation by the United Nations, leading to dissention in the ranks. Captain America believes in freedom - as you'd expect - but Iron Man believes the Avengers need oversight. The rest of the Avengers pick sides, and the stage is set for the "Civil War" of the title. The Avengers battling each other in a superhero slugfest is a dream come true for fans of action, fans of bigger-is-better movie-making, and anyone who likes things that are awesome. It all leads to a winner-takes-all showdown between Captain America and Iron Man.
