HISTORY ASPECTS:The Sea Harrier FA.2 ZH804 a variant of the Harrier GR5 developed for the Royal Navy was one of the most versatile aircraft in the Fleet Air Arm during its time. Introduced in the 1990s the Sea Harrier FA.2 was a key part of Britain’s maritime defense capable of both vertical/short take-off and landing (V/STOL) operations. The aircraft featured significant upgrades over its predecessors including enhanced avionics radar and the ability to carry advanced weaponry.
