AchilloTrain is a compressive and anatomical ankle brace with massage pad and integrated heel pad. Indicated in case of pain or inflammation of the Achilles tendon (e.g. due to excessive stress or following surgery), the AchilloTrain® ankle brace helps to unload the Achilles tendon without limiting its mobility.
The anatomical insert (pad) exerts a massaging effect which stimulates the surrounding tissues; the integrated heel pad unloads the tendon, accelerating the reabsorption of edema and effusions.

The Origin of Achilles Tendon Pain
\nPain is often triggered by inflammation of the Achilles tendon. The cause can be found in overload, injury or in the healing process following surgery. However, a heel exostosis can also cause problems.
\nAnd this is where AchilloTrain comes in handy. It is made with a breathable and skin-friendly Train knitted fabric with high extensibility. This fabric adapts perfectly to the anatomy of the tibio-tarsal joint and follows every movement of the foot, without slipping. At the edges of the brace, the material is softer and more elastic, so as to avoid feelings of constriction. This makes the AchilloTrain ankle brace extremely comfortable to wear.

\nThe integrated heel pad relieves the tendon and can be easily removed when no longer needed. If you use it, it is preferable to use the compensation pad, also supplied with the product, in the other shoe. This prevents incorrect postures and loads.
\nAchilloTrain works best when the joint is in motion, thus promoting the healing process. A pad on both sides of the Achilles tendon, together with the elastic knitted fabric, exerts a gentle massage action with differentiated pressure, which activates the muscles and improves coordination. It also improves local metabolism and promotes the reduction of swelling.

Product care instructions
\nAchilloTrain can be machine washed at 30° with liquid detergent (spin: maximum 500 rpm).
\nAir dry the brace away from heat sources to avoid damaging the fabric. It is recommended not to use dryers that could damage the compression fabric.
\nWash frequently so that the fabric compression remains unchanged.
