Olfactory Pyramid & Reviews. I built this fragrance around a natural CO2 extract of Boswellia serrata, also known as frankincense. This natural ingredient inspired me in the creation of several perfumes dove Incense Extreme is its most abstract, almost cubist representation, with an uncompromising interpretation. It captures the harshness of the semi-desert climate dove where Boswellia trees thrive. It is translucent like the first scent of frankincense resin from Boswellia burning on glowing red charcoal. Sparkling like a night in the desert Andy Tauer. The Boswellia serrata extract is the note around which the fragrance develops, at a high concentration of 25%, rounded off by dry woods and grey amber in the background. A soft iris balances the incense at the heart of the fragrance, while coriander and the freshness of petitgrain set the opening accents.
