Excellent Quality: ALORAIR brazed plate heat exchangers are made of high quality 316L stainless steel. Brazed together with copper in a vacuum environment to form a reliable and robust component. It has superior high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and leak-proof performance. Provides a strong and excellent role in supporting a wide range of refrigeration, heating, high temperature and high pressure industrial fields. Excellent Heat Transfer Efficiency: Plate heat exchanger uses fish bone corrugated design. Made from a series of metal plates with a fish bone corrugated shape stacked and brazed together. The channels between the plates generate strong turbulence, reversing the flow of the two media, resulting in excellent heat transfer rates and efficiencies, while the high turbulence reduces the scaling coefficient, thus reducing the number of cleanings. Convenient For Use And Energy Saving:Smooth threads make disassembly and installation easy, fast and flexible. Highly conductive and ultra-thin stainless steel plates provide excellent performance and economy in heating and cooling. The herringbone plate design creates a lot of support points to reduce the pressure drop on the secondary side, which not only improves energy efficiency and reduces energy waste, but also reduces operating costs.
